Lemon Garlic Herb Chicken
This isn’t a recipe as much as it is a technique; because you can use it with any meat, fish or vegetable. Score. If you use it with meat, whip up some steamed veg on the side and bam, supper. If you use it with fish, do the same, but leave the salt and lemon out until right before you cook it or the salt and citrus will cook the fish and that’s not pretty. I told you last week that I was going to cut all of my hair off. I made the appointment for Saturday, and my stylist was like a little kid in a candy shop. She whipped out her fancy pants razor and started hackin’ away like Edward Scissorhands. It was pretty awesome and therapeutic for both of us, I think. Lush Ultimate Shine Give-Away
Alright, Lovely Babies, this week’s giveaway is one of the Lush shampoos I use on the regular. Ultrimate Shine is a solid shampoo bar. I’ve used many solid shampoo bars and hated every one of them. Spinach Mushroom Quesadillas: Saturday Recipe
I got this recipe from a vegetarian group of which I’m a member. I modified it a tiny bit, will post it as I got it, but will note changes to the side. I served it with a dipping sauce of yogurt, lime juice, a little diced tomato and a dash of cayenne, instead of sour cream.
